Mission Statement
The Home Based Care Alliance (HBCA) is a network of direct care providers, local and state government entities and trade organizations that support home-bound, elderly and disabled New Yorkers. The goals of the HBCA are to provide emergency preparedness and response information, training and advocacy to these home-based care agencies and entities.
To accomplish these goals, HBCA develops and distributes policy recommendations, emergency preparedness best practices and training in advance of an emergency and technical assistance, and disseminates information during emergency events.

HBCA Executive Committee
The executive committee is the guiding force of the HBCA, and is comprised of Alliance members who are interested in taking an active, ‘hands-on’ role in developing and pushing forward both policy initiatives and relevant programming to the wider Alliance membership. We invite anyone who is interested and willing to be an active participant to join us on the Executive Committee.
